Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to service fees paid to Vyapar Files, operated by Growinfinity Global Private Limited("we", "us"), for licensing and compliance assistance.

Refunds at company discretion

All refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Growinfinity Global Private Limited. Purchasing a service does not create an automatic right to a refund. We may approve, partially approve, or decline a refund request based on the facts of the case, work already performed, and applicable law.

Service fees vs government fees

Amounts paid to us for professional / advisory / filing-assistance services are service fees. Any statutory fees payable to a government department or authority are separate and, once paid to that authority, are generally non-refundable by us.

When we may consider a refund

Without limiting our discretion, we may consider refund requests where, for example, a duplicate payment was made in error, or we have not commenced work and you cancel promptly. We are not obliged to refund where work has started, documents have been filed, or delay is due to government processing or incomplete information from you.

How to request

Email info@vyaparfiles.com with your Order ID, payment reference, and reason. We will review and respond as soon as reasonably practicable. Approved refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method where feasible.
